Gorgeous Gift Tags IG Hop - November

Hello again,

Two posts in one day, what's happening? This evening it is time for the Gorgeous Gift Tags Instagram Hop, and the optional theme for the November hop is - 

Celebrate

a celebration requires a present/gift, don't you think?. That's what I think, at least, and that's what ended up on my tag - a gift tag with a gift with a gift tag.

I started by die cutting a tag and a top piece for it. The tag was stamped and heat embossed before I applied blue ink over it; this created a blue background filled with white numbers. I chose to keep the top piece white and attached it to the tag. Then it was time for the present/gift - I die cut all the pieces for the gift box from patterned paper, and the bow from glossy card. I assembled the present/gift and attached a small gift tag to it - a tag I had die cut and stamped with a greeting. The present/gift was placed onto the tag, and I also added a ribbon.
