Gorgeous Gift Tags IG Hop - December 2025

 Hi Friends,

It is time for the December Gorgeous Gift Tags Instagram Hop, and the optianal theme for the month is -

Christmas

As soon as I saw this adorable angel die I knew I wanted it, and that I was going to create Christmas gift tags with it. I die cut six angels out of patterned paper and white cardstock, three of each. The hearts and edges of the angels were painted in gold, I also splattered some gold on the angels cut from patterned paper. On the white angels I stamped a Christmas greeting, leaving space to write to whom it is for and from. As the angel is not made as a tag die I found a small circle die to make the hole for the ribbon, and turning the angels into tags.

I would like to enter these angel tags to the following challenges:
A Cut Above - Anything goes with a Die Cut
Creative Inspirations - 'Tis the season!

I hope you like my Angel Christmas Tags! Maybe you are even inspired to create some Christmas tags of your own? For more inspiration hop on over to Instagram, which is filled with beautiful tags, and check out who has gone with the theme and who hasn't.

Happy Hopping!

Christmas & New Year Tags

 Hello,

How are you today? Getting ready for the holidays? Inspired by the current colourboard challenge at AAA Colourful I created two tags, one for Christmas and one for New Year.

These tags were actually created by taking apart a card I had created for this challenge. It turned out that one of the other designers on the design team and I had had the same thought and our cards were almost identical.... Great minds think alike 😉

I used the cardbase and the embossed background for the tags, and two of the flowers from my card. As I had already reused the sentiment from my card on the new card I created for the challenge, I stamped and heat embossed greeting in gold on the bigger white tag and die cut, stamped and heat embossed a new greeting for the smaller tag. I also added a red tag to the smaller tag for a layered look and a place to write as the tag is embossed. I added ribbons to my tags and they were ready to go on a Christmas gift, and on a gift for New Year.

There is still time to play along in this fun and colourful challenge, so why not join us?! You can create any paper craft project you feel like as long as you use the colours on the board as your predominate colours. AAA Colourful - Colourboard #10

 Hello Crafty Friends,

Can you believe it is mid-November already? This Autumn has really flown by and Christmas is fast approching. The AAA Colourful colourboard for the month is filled with gorgeous colours very well suited for all you Christmas project, and non-Christmas projects too.

When I first saw the colourboard my mind filled with ideas for Christmas cards, I just had to decide on which one to go with. But then I bought the first few Christmas gifts and I realised I am going to need a few tags for my gifts, so Christmas tags it is.

I love the combination of red, green and gold with white for Christmas, very traditional. I have used different die sets by Tim Holtz and Sizzix to create my tags. I have also used some word dies by PyHobby and a Christmas stamp set by hÄnglar & Wings. "God Jul" is Swedish for "Merry Christmas".

The AAA Colourful challenge blog is filled with gorgeous creations by the talented Design Team and our special guest designer for this challenge, Nance. Nance´s card is so beautiful! I can highly recommend a visit to the blog, where you will also find all the information on how to play along with all the fun and colourful challenges at AAA Colourful. Remember we love all kind of paper crafts and in all styles too, so welcome to join in the fun!

You have until December 14th to create, upload and link your paper craft project to the challenge blog. Can´t wait to see how you are inspired by the colours of the colourboard!
