Guest Designer at AAA Cards - CAS Game #205

I'm so happy and honoured to once again be the Guest Designer at AAA Cards, and for their new challenge that starts today! This time the theme is Christmas with an optional twist of Slimline.

Here's the cue card for Game #205

and here is my take on the challenge. 

As you can see it's a very clean and simple card, perfect if you have to mass produce cards for Christmas. It was so quick and easy to make, and here's how I made it:
I started of by cutting and folding my slimline card, then I stamped the pine branch (which I was lucky to win in CAS Game #200 - Celebration, the same challenge in which I won the invitation to Guest Design for this challenge) with some Distress Ink. The stamp set is by Uniko and is called "Winter Foliage", a very pretty and versatile little set. For the Christmas tree ornament I used a stencil, I masked of the top of the ornament (the gold part) and inked the bauble and string with some Distress Ink. Then I removed the masking tape and inked the "gold part" with VersaMark watermark and embossed it with gold embossing powder. To finish the card I stamped the sentiment "God Jul och Gott Nytt År/ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year", from the versatile stamp set "God Jul" by hÄnglar & Wings.
