AAA Cards Challenge 232 - White on White

 Hello Crafty Friends,

It's time for a new challenge at AAA Cards, and this fortnight we would love to see "White on White" CAS creations.
It was a bit tricky to photograph my card I must say, but I hope you can see it.

Here it is

I started by die cutting a panel for the front of my card, and a flower and the word "Grattis" (Congrats in Swedish). To make the vertical stripes on my panel I used a score board and a bone folder. Then I just glued it all together. Easy peasy.... I love it when cards come together quick and easy. The toughest part was taking the picure of it!

YAY, You did it!

 YAY!

Today our youngest passed his driving test!

Congrats on your driving license, Henrik!

We woke up this morning to a snowy landscape and slippery roads, and our son had his driving test at 8 o'clock in the morning, so not ideal conditions. But he did it! First go and everything! I'm so proud of him, and happy for him!

Only downside, I suspect I'll be out of a car most days........but that's ok, it's important for new drivers to drive and get the experience to become excellent and safe drivers.

 Hello Crafty Friends,

Today was one of our grandsons last day at his preschool, he is starting at a new one tomorrow. As he wanted to give his teachers a small leaving gift each his mum, our daughter, asked if I could make tags to go on the gifts.

This is how they turned out

The text on the tag reads "Thank you for this time, and for helping me grow" (free translation).

AAA Birthday Game #45 - Anything Birthday Goes

Hello Crafty Friends and Happy New Year,

I hope you've had a good ending to 2022, and a great start to 2023!

Then AAA Birthday is the perfect place for you.
Every month we have a new challenge for you, and as of today the challenges starts on the 1st of the month, and runs throughout the whole month. So let's get started with the first challenge of 2023, game 45 - Anything Birthday Goes.

 


January is my grandmother's birthday month, and her favourit flowers were tulips. Every birthday my grandfather would give my grandmother a huge bouquet of tulips, a "tradition" I took over after he passed away. My grandmother passed away in 2020, but every January I still get a bouquet of tulips for her and my grandfather on her birthday.
