Happy 70th Birthday - a "tagcard"

 Hello,

Today  I'm sharing a "tagcard", a card and a tag in one, 

that I made for our neighbour who celebrated her 70th birthday yesterday.

The card was inspired by the challenge 

Game #38 - Flowers at AAA Birthday.

AAA Cards challenge Game #218 - Sketch and Flowers

 Hello,

Ready for a new CAS challenge?
Today is the start of challenge Game #218 at AAA Cards.

Here's the cue card

Create a card using the sketch, and if you want to the optional twist of Flowers.

Here's my take on the challenge

I have stamped and masked the gorgeous flowers from the stamp set "Weekend Doodles" by Altenew, then coloured the image with Copic markers. The sentiment, which is stamped and heat embossed, is by Lawn Fawn.

AAA Cards Game #217 - 1 of 9 rectangles + Butterflies

 Hello crafty friends,

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend,
and that you are ready for a new challenge!

It's time for challenge Game #217 at AAA Cards.

Here's the challenge cue card

The challenge is to "use" only 1 of 9 parts of the card, 

you divide the card front into 9 rectangles 

and choose one of them for your motif.
I must admit that I found this challenge a bit tricky,

but here's my take on the challenge

As you can see I did cheat a bit by placing my sentiment
and a little trail from the butterfly outside of my chosen rectangle.

I have used the following materials:
Reveal Wheel Butterfly add-on by Lawn Fawn
Outside In Stitched Square Stackables by Lawn Fawn
Distress Oxides by Tim Holtz and Ranger
Neenah Classic Crest cardstock - Solar White

AAA Birthday - Game #38 Flowers

Hello and God Morning,

It's the first Monday of the June,
which means it's time for a new challenge at AAA Birthday!

This month we want to see Birthday cards with flowers.
Here's the cue card

and here's my take on the theme

As you can see I made a very simple card using the beautiful stamp set "Daisy Grunge" by Visible Image. The sentiment is by Aall & Create, and from the stamp set "Basic Sentiments #630". To give the card a little bit more interest I used a stencil and some Distress Oxide on the background, unfortunatelly it doesn't show in the picture but I think it looks good in real life.
